Enquiries
When you use the contact or early-access form we receive your name, work email, business name, phone number if given, the products you are interested in, your expected volume and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to set up your account.
Form submissions are delivered to the Send team by email through our email provider. We do not sell or rent your details.
Website analytics
We use Mixpanel and Amplitude to count page views and clicks on key buttons. Each stores a random identifier in your browser so repeat visits count once. Neither receives what you type into a form.
You can switch this off for your browser at any time with the control at the end of this page. Your choice is remembered on this device.
Messaging data on the platform
When you send messages through Send, recipient details and message content are shared with the mobile operators and channel providers needed to deliver them. You remain responsible for having your recipients' permission to contact them.
Account data such as team members, templates, contacts, sender requests, campaigns and message records is stored on our servers, and access is controlled by workspace roles.
Your requests
Contact us to ask for a copy of your information, a correction or a deletion. Do not send passwords, API keys or financial credentials in any message to us.
Your Send service agreement sets out retention periods and data processing terms for customer accounts.
